My Retirement Home BusinessAn online home business will generate income and incredible tax write-offs
A retirement home business can bring you satisfaction, income, and massive tax write-offs. You can start a profitable online home business with a proven program like SiteBuildIt!. That's what I did. I knew I wanted to retire in Florida, and spend most of my waking hours running, reading, and napping on the beautiful sugary white sand beaches, here. Along the way, I fell for some of the Internet hype about making boatloads of bucks while I slept, and spent good money on worthless, low-quality courses about online home businesses. I knew if other guys could do, so could I...but I was having a danged hard time figuring it out. What bothers me most is, I had seen information on SiteSell/SiteBuildIt! way back then, but dismissed it because of the price and getting burned on other courses. 
I'm not going to snowjob you. I now make between $15-$20 per day with my affiliate links to various companies. But...I have had an increase each month for the past year...and my income will continue to rise as I expand both of my sites. The light had finally come on...and I am glad it did. My normal day with my retirement home business goes like this: * Wake up way before sunrise and check my web traffic stats. * Check how much money I made while I slept. (This still cracks me up.) * Head to the gym/down to the beach to run. * Come back for and fix breakfast, or eat it at a little beach bar. * Pack a book, some water, then back to the beach for some photos for my sites. * Read and nap. I head back home when it gets too hot about 11:00am, shower, answer email, edit my photos, and create at least one new webpage for one of my sites. (One for each is best, though.) Here is my motivation: In one of the SiteBuildIt! Case Studies, I read about Louann Shenberger, who started when she was several years older than me...and knew far less than me about building a web site. Through her use of SiteBuildIt!, she's created close to 1000 pages for her website...and gets between 5000 - 10,000 visitors each day to her site. That is a lot of danged people wanting to spend money for the products she sells. Yes, it has taken her three years to make over $5000/month...but she persevered and I can do it too. (So can you.) My approach is simple, like I said above, my goal is to create at least one new page each day for one of my sites. In a year's time, I will have built over 350 more pages of original and relevant content that is targeted to the most profitable keywords in my niche. This will increase my traffic In three years, I will have over 1000 pages highly indexed in Google and my retirement home business profits will continue to grow just like hers. A legit, profitable home business is far...very far...from a "Get Rich Quick" scam. I am at my MacBook Pro everyday for several hours. However, I run a travel site, get to visit all kinds of places...and write it all off. Could you visit all the places you wanted to see...and provide quality information on your own website for an interested audience? Could you see yourself spending the rest of your retirement years traveling...working from your laptop when you stop each night...and writing off almost all of your expenses? A retirement home business can make a lot of sense. My tax guy talked to me about this and told me how spending less than $30 on Ron Mueller's best-selling book (downloadable version)...would save me from paying $3000 - $6000 EXTRA in taxes each and every year. I was stunned. I thought these tax write-offs were only for guys who worked on Wall Street or were doctors. I had no idea Congress took care of guys like me who were trying to start a home business online. My tax professional asked me if I was tired of seeing my tax dollars go to: * Food stamps and free medical care for illegals. * Bailouts for banks that made extremely stupid investment choices. * Bailouts for people who got into huge homes they couldn't afford. * Idiotic loans/debt forgiveness to countries that hate us. * Food, schools, and hospitals for countries that hate us. * Government contractors who do shoddy...or even...no work. * Extended unemployment to guys who have no intent to look for work. Do you think I got a bit worked up at those examples of waste when I had busted my butt to do things right? However, when he showed me this chart on how my retirement home business would help me, I about dropped over.
