Do you want a fit beach body?

You can have a fit beach body with healthy eating habits and consistent exercise. You will look and feel better if you lose belly fat and build muscle to burn calories more efficiently.

It is a simple strategy, but many people fail to reach their goal because they want immediate results, do not want to give up unhealthy habits, and look for the mildest form of exercise.

Think I'm lying? Look at all of the pages on the Internet promising "fast belly fat loss"..."add 30 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks"...or "lose belly fat without giving up your favorite foods".

Read through a few of the sales pages. They can be pretty convincing.

Keep in mind, it took awhile to put on weight and unsightly body fat...it is going to take some time to get rid of it.

I'm not saying you'll spend years getting the body you want, but it is realistic to start with a 6-month timeline.

The wrong way to a fit beach body

It is remarkable what people will do to sabotage themselves in the chase to lose belly fat and build muscle.

The biggest mistakes revolve around spending loads of money on supplements/diet pills, failing to change their mindset to accept healthy eating habits, and engaging in harsh diet or exercise programs which cannot be maintained.

It doesn't have to be this way for you. Obviously, you clicked on this link because you want straight answers to help you reach your goals.

What women want

female beach body florida beaches In all of my discussions on the Florida beaches with women, they pretty much have three goals in mind...

* Look good in a swimsuit

* Find a diet and exercise program they can maintain

* Make their fat loss permanent. No yo-yo dieting.

Women can be very upfront about mistakes they've made...more so than us guys.

They will admit they get pulled off their eating programs by things like chocolate, eating fried food at little beach bars, and being inconsistent with exercise.

Women more easily accept the need for healthy eating habits to lose belly fat and thigh fat, but they do NOT want a bland diet and they truly desire a nutritional program they can stick to.

One of the hardest things for women to accept, however, is that for awhile, they must work hard mentally to differentiate between real physical hunger and emotional hunger.

They also must come to terms that although exercise does not need to be harsh, there will be times when they will be out of breath, sweaty, and red in the face.

A beach body for men

beach body for men build muscle Talk about wanting something immediately...we're the kings of this. We have NO connection in understanding that it took time to put on male belly fat...and that it will take some time to get rid of it.

If you pin a guy down, we all want ripped abs, larger than normal arms, the ability to bench 225 lbs. 15 times, and legs like oaks.

The hardest things for guys is to accept are

* there are no magic supplements to build muscle

* you shouldn't have to spend time learning about healthy eating habits

* aerobic training is NOT a waste of time and will NOT decrease muscle mass

If someone could design a program to get a solid beach body by expending zero energy, doing 10 sets of curls, and eating whatever they want at the beach bar, guys would jump on it.

Oh yeah, I forgot, if guys do go to the gym, they want to stick with exercises done by steroid freaks in a muscle magazine or some weird set/rep scheme they "heard' the Soviets do.

So what's the answer?
