Read through a few of the sales pages. They can be pretty convincing.
Keep in mind, it took awhile to put on weight and unsightly body fat...it is going to take some time to get rid of it.
I'm not saying you'll spend years getting the body you want, but it is realistic to start with a 6-month timeline.
The wrong way to a fit beach body
It is remarkable what people will do to sabotage themselves in the chase to lose belly fat and build muscle.
The biggest mistakes revolve around spending loads of money on supplements/diet pills, failing to change their mindset to accept healthy eating habits, and engaging in harsh diet or exercise programs which cannot be maintained.

What women want
In all of my discussions on the Florida beaches with women, they pretty much have three goals in mind...
* Look good in a swimsuit

Women can be very upfront about mistakes they've made...more so than us guys.
They will admit they get pulled of their eating programs by things like chocolate, eating fried food at little beach bars, and being inconsistent with exercise.

One of the hardest things for women to accept, however, is that for awhile, they must work hard mentally to differentiate between real physical hunger and emotional hunger.

Talk about wanting something immediately...we're the kings of this.

* you shouldn't have to spend time learning about healthy eating habits
* aerobic training is NOT a waste of time and will NOT decrease muscle mass
If someone could design a program to get a solid beach body by expending zero energy, doing 10 sets of curls, and eating whatever they want at the beach bar, guys would jump on it.
Oh yeah, I forgot, if guys do go to the gym, they want to stick with exercises done by steroid freaks in a muscle magazine or some weird set/rep scheme they "heard' the Soviets do.
